This page explains how lukaswojcik.com and the related products Stats4U, MousePlayer and reactive.chat use artificial intelligence. LW IT Solutions, Lukas Wojcik, is responsible for this information. This disclosure is not a certification under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the AI Act.
1. AI Toolbox: models on privately operated servers
The AI Toolbox generates image descriptions and alternative text, checks accessibility, transparency information, shops and links, and rewrites text for clarity. Technical browser checks are combined with language-model analysis. Mistral and Gemma run through vLLM on my own GPU servers hosted in Poland. Image processing has been tested with actual image requests. Coverage depends on accessible content, supported formats and the stated limits.
Depending on the tool, input consists of a public URL, text or uploaded images. Results are generated automatically and can be incomplete or incorrect. Shop and transparency checks are not legal advice. Accessibility checks do not replace a comprehensive assessment with assistive technologies. Finding no issues does not establish compliance. Suggestions require appropriate review before use.
Every tool submission is protected by reCAPTCHA. AI analysis runs locally; abuse prevention separately connects to Google. Results are accessible through an unlisted, shareable link and retained for no more than 30 days. Details appear in the AI Toolbox privacy notice.
The AI Toolbox also provides translation review, comparison of potential inconsistencies between two or three webpages, and a form wording assistant. Originals and translations can be supplied as text or public URLs. Comparisons include verifiable quoted evidence; interpretations require review. The form assistant captures labels and help text without filling in fields or submitting forms.
2. AI chat and search on lukaswojcik.com
The embedded reactive.chat widget can answer automatically using AI. An AI response is not a personal message from Lukas. The assistant uses the question, conversation context, relevant knowledge and, where applicable, visible text from the current page. Form values and tool outputs marked for exclusion are omitted from page-text mirroring. This does not protect confidential information voluntarily entered in a chat message.
The consent manager controls activation of the widget. Once enabled, it connects when a page loads, before the chat is opened. This website assistant generates responses using models on privately operated hardware. AI Toolbox pages do not embed the chat widget. Notices and AI labels in the widget complement this page. Processing details appear in the privacy policy.
Semantic search uses embeddings to find relevant articles and tools. Smart Answer can additionally generate an answer from the knowledge base. Claims should be checked against the cited sources. The separate Google Analytics Advisor tool connects to Google’s service after Google sign-in; it is outside the local AI processing statement.
3. Editorial work, translations and images
AI can assist with articles, revisions, translations, software and illustrations. External tools may also be used for this editorial work, separately from the locally operated visitor tools. LW IT Solutions retains editorial responsibility. AI illustrations are not photographic evidence, and generated text can contain factual errors.
4. Stats4U
Stats4U uses language models for short explanations of measured statistics. AI does not count visits or replace measurements. Internal support tools also translate messages and prepare or translate reply drafts. Drafts are not sent automatically. The Stats4U AI disclosure describes the product; this overview additionally accounts for support assistance present in the current code.
5. MousePlayer
Session replay and heatmaps display recorded events and are not themselves AI. Learned models group visits by observed behaviour and estimate early-exit probability. Language models produce explanations, visitor reports, translations and suggested offer text. Internal support uses translations and reply drafts. Numbers are calculated from measurements, not invented by the language model. Suggested offer text requires explicit adoption by the website operator.
According to the MousePlayer AI disclosure, these models run on privately operated computers. Installing its tracker does not enable every optional AI feature on lukaswojcik.com. Consent and this website’s privacy policy govern collection here.
6. reactive.chat as a product
reactive.chat offers AI assistants with knowledge bases, semantic search and Smart Answers. Optional capabilities include reply drafts, summaries, translations and supported image or document processing. Available product features are not automatically enabled in the lukaswojcik.com widget. Human takeover is distinct from an automated AI reply. Customer-configured models and actions may use different processing routes; this does not mean the embedded widget uses those routes. Details appear in the reactive.chat AI disclosure.
7. Transparency, limitations and feedback
Article 50 of the AI Act establishes transparency obligations for, among other things, direct interaction with AI and certain generated content. This page supplements notices at individual features and does not replace notices required at first interaction. The website tools described here support information and analysis, not decisions about employment, credit, medical care or similarly significant personal matters.
Incorrect answers and questions about AI use can be reported using the contact details in the imprint. Legal bases, recipients and data-subject rights are described in the privacy policy. Legal source: Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
