AI Tools privacy

The controller is LW IT Solutions, identified in the imprint. Submitted URLs, texts, images and technical findings are processed to provide this service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); abuse prevention relies on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). AI evaluation of submitted content takes place on my own EU servers. Inputs are not used to train models. Image metadata is removed on ingestion. Raw inputs are discarded after processing; results including image previews and queued inputs are retained for no more than 30 days. A secret daily hash of the IP address enforces limits and is deleted within three days. Google reCAPTCHA loads when each check is started to prevent spam and abuse. In particular, IP address, device and interaction data are transmitted to Google; the _grecaptcha cookie may be set. Processing outside the EU is possible. AI evaluation of submitted content remains on my own EU servers; the EU-hosting statement does not cover the reCAPTCHA security check. Further details are provided in the reCAPTCHA section of the main privacy policy. Target sites receive the server address and the LW-AIToolsBot user agent. General server logs and data subject rights are described in the main privacy policy. Do not submit confidential data or personal images without appropriate authorisation. Result links grant access to anyone who knows the link. Tool data is excluded from regular backups.
