All monetary amounts use the same currency and exclude VAT. Example values are assumptions, not provider prices. Inputs and calculations stay in the browser.
Calculation model and assumptions
One payment per customer per month. Contribution margin = price × (1 − fee %) − fixed fee − variable costs − support minutes × hourly cost ÷ 60. Profit = customers × contribution margin − fixed costs. Break-even = fixed costs ÷ contribution margin, rounded up. Minimum price allocates fixed costs across the entered customer count. The displayed minimum price is rounded up to the next hundredth.

Are inputs transmitted?
The calculator processes inputs locally in the browser. CSV files are also generated locally. The page does not store scenario inputs on the server.
What are the model limitations?
A non-positive contribution margin cannot cover additional fixed costs through more customers. Zero customers provide no basis for a minimum price. Support costs belong only in the separate support fields to avoid double counting.
